Beth grew up in Beaufort, NC, a coastal town that afforded her 18 hot, humid, boat- and salt-water-filled summers, mild winters and a low-key childhood. She earned a Bachelor’s of Graphic Design from North Carolina State University, then moved to DC where she worked at a small graphic design firm. Beth spent 12 years designing all manner of print and digital collateral. After a stint as a stay-at-home mom (and a participating parent at a fabulous preschool in the Four Corners 'hood) she received an offer that she couldn't refuse. Beth is a vibrant and creative 3s Teacher who has a knack for upcycling everything to make things into beautiful art projects with her class. She can make anything into something beautiful. Her class is always filled with ideas about nature, cooking, gardening, asymmetry, as well as green and orange - to mention a few of her favorites! Beth has a love of learning and brings that love and curiosity to the kids in her class!
