Sarah is a pianist and licensed board-certified music therapist. This is her fifth year teaching the Music Special at Silver Spring Day School. Sarah shares the school’s values of using play-based learning to foster positive social-emotional interactions and, through music, she gives children opportunities to practice, grow, and connect. Sarah owns Reflections Music Therapy, where she provides music therapy, piano lessons, and early childhood community enrichment music classes. When she isn’t making music, Sarah can usually be found at the park or on the soccer field with her two elementary-aged daughters, both SSDS alums!
