Are some of you thinking to yourself, “Okay, my child has already attended SSDS, so the office has their medical forms (and nothing has changed with their health or immunization history), doesn’t have a medical condition or allergy that requires medicine at school, AND no one new in our family wants to participate this year…so am I all set besides making sure to update the Emergency Information Form above?” Yes, you are good to go!

After reading that statement are some of you now thinking, “No, none of that applies to me and I’m feeling slightly overwhelmed by all of this!”  And maybe slightly is an understatement.  We know the feeling and we hear you!  But once it’s done, it’s done (usually!).  Please reach out with any questions, we are happy to help wherever we can.
